Founded in 1995 by Chief Harlen "Lamb" Lambert, we are a private company who started out specializing in K9 explosives and drug detection and K9 security vehicle patrol. Our canine teams were trained at a DEA/ATF licensed training facility and are California P.O.S.T. certified annually.
Lambert, a P.O.S.T. Certified Trainer and Evaluator, expanded our services in 2007 to provide P.O.S.T. Certified K9 cell phone detection sweeps in U.S. correctional facilities, train tobacco detection dogs, provide an extensive training program to DOCs, offer a line of e-commerce products, and more.
We've been conducting drug and explosives detection sweeps since 2001; in 2007 we trained POST Certified cell phone detection dogs to conduct sweeps and at year end trained the first cell phone detection dogs at the Virginia Department of Corrections.
In 2008 we opened our 4,000 sq ft indoor training facility to conduct K9 detection training on-site and make working dogs available, both on a donation and purchase basis, to requesting law enforcement and corrections clients.
In 2009 we opened our indoor-outdoor training facility to the public, offering Basic and Advanced training.
Lambert, a former police officer, has a simple business philosophy: provide our clients with the kind of service required in the most efficient, cost effective and comprehensive manner possible.
All States K-9 Detection is driven to provide exceptional, strictly confidential, customer service by employing and empowering experienced, knowledgeable personnel. We enjoy our earned, excellent reputation working with law enforcement, the private sector, property managers, corporations, both public and private schools, school districts, probation departments, youth homes & family services, and peers.
We maintain appropriate Federal (ATF and DEA) licenses, as well as California Bureau of Security & Investigative Services permits and licenses (PPO, ACE, Firearms), and CCW through Orange County Sheriff’s Department. Our professional affiliations help provide us with ongoing, up-to-date information sharing. Among them are the California Society of Safety & Security Professionals (CSSSP), NNDDA, CA State Sheriffs’ Association, and the American Society for Industrial Security (ASIS), and three CA Chambers of Commerce in the Orange and Los Angeles counties.
