Boarding Requirements & Policies
· Pets must be current on all vaccines - You must provide proof of all vaccines from your Veterinarian
DHLPP – Rabies - Bordetella
· All pets must be clean and free from fleas and ticks upon their arrival. We suggest all pets be on flea treatment such as Advantage or Frontline.
Pets will be checked for external parasites upon arrival, and given a flea bath if necessary at an additional charge.
· If your pet needs oral or topical medication, please bring it along with written instructions.
· Feel free to bring along a favorite blanket, to make your pet a little more comfortable during their stay (must be able to be laundered).
· Let us know if your pet is crate-trained, and we will make sure their kennel contains an appropriate sized crate for napping/sleeping.
· Toys and rawhide bones may also be brought (limit toys to two). We are not responsible for lost or damaged items.
HOURS – All Drop Offs and Pick Ups Are By Appointment Only!
Check-Ins (Drop Off)
· Mon – Fri 7 a.m. – 4 p.m.
· Sat. 8:30 a.m. – 12 p.m.
Check-Outs (Pick Up)
· Mon – Fri 7 a.m. – 6 p.m. (After 12 noon, a daycare fee is applied)
· Sat. 8:30 a.m. – 3 p.m.
· Sun. 5-6 p.m. by appointment
· Late Check-Out by appointment and an additional fee
No Check-Ins or Check-Outs on major holidays
Emergency drop off times can be arranged at almost any time other than our regular hours.
